No. A.32013/1/2012-Ad-I.  Consequent upon his selection for appointment as Director under the Central Staffing Scheme, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Utkaarsh Tiwari, IRS(C&CE:1995) as Director in Department of Personnel and Training with effect from forenoon of 8th  June, 2012 for a period of five years or until  further orders, whichever is earlier.
